Thursday

Here it is again. Sorry for the boring posts :)
Breakfast- rice and milk(5)
Snack- 1/4c almonds(2)
Lunch- Baked potato(6)
Dinner- pears and cottage cheese(3)
Water- 5 20 oz water bottles
Exersize- (morning) 30 min on treadmill, 30 min working upper body. (night) 24 min on treadmill, 30 min on bike, 15 min working abs and 15 min streaching - man did that feel good :) -

Hey I don't know much about weight watchers but I think mom has said that you need to get in all your points. Don't starve yourself. It won't last and isn't worth it. O-yes and do you have a never ending supply of almonds or something :)

I didn't mean to not eat all my points. I just wasn't hungry. and ya, I kinda do :)

I'm glad to see you had something but tomato soup for lunch...LOL. I was starting to think you had no tastebuds or something :)

Oh...and the days when you aren't hungry but need your points...that was always when I had a piece of cheese or a scoop of ice cream, :)
