Sassy_Girl weighing in.... despite eating Valentines Day goodies I still managed to lose 3 more lbs. I didn't give up on my workouts, which probably helped me out immensely. I've been walking laps at Holt Arena up & down the ramps, and doing 4 sets of stairs too. Makes my calves hurt, but boy is it worth the extra energy I have on those days! I only worked out 2 days last week, my goal is 3 for this week. GO TEAM!!
