Breakfast:bowl of granola cereal (I love this cereal, but it is a little heavy on the calories, so I hope I am not making a mistake here)
Lunch:diet coke and 7 chicken wings (darn those left overs)
Snack:pear
Dinner:turkey in a tortilla with mustard and steamed veggies
Young Womens snack:why can I never resist the treats that we provide for the girls...a handful of carmel popcorn and 1 1/2 glasses of home made rootbeer
