A loss for Cookie, and a note for everyone else....
So Cookie is reporting -1 for this week which is good because half of the week was great, and half was well....lets just say I stopped reporting what I ate for a reason and it wasn't because I was sure you were all getting tired of reading my food diary. (That puts my weight at an even number, if I lose 1 more pound my tens digit gets to change yippee!!) I do find that I am having a much eaisier time changing some habits thanks to Club Zero, last night when I wanted a snack I chose an orange instead of chips, and I wanted to. I find that happening much much more often. I love you guys for keeping me motivated. I love going through the ups and downs of this process together. On another note, I have talked to a few members about Challenge Thursdays and the suggestion was made to add Workout Wednesdays. Great, I can do that. So be sure to check the blog both of those days and report your successes or frustrations with the challenges. Hopefully this will make us all a little more motivated to get moving and maybe add some very healthy habits to our lives. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other desires or suggestions for the blog. I couldn't do this without you!!

I am so glad this change is working for you. You seem to be making some consistant progress. Great job with the negetive this week.
I am finding the same thing with the choosing good snacks. I have also found it is better on my "munchies" because I choose an orange that is higher in fiber than something that isn't. Thanks for all the new chalanges. I am a conpetitive person so it is good motivation to me. Thanks Cookie and the Zero Club :)
