1 spice cake mix
15oz can of pumpkin
blend together (add NO other ingredients...just the pumpkin and cake mix)
Make 24 muffins (they are kinda small)
bake following cupcake directions on cake mix box (usually 350 for about 18 min)
***enjoy alone or with a spoonfull of fat free cool whip...YUMMY TREAT :)
These are sooo easy...and if you're doing WW they're 1pt each.
