NO WORK OUT WORK OUT

Even for me finding time for a daily work out is hard to do. A suggestion came in an e-mail from a weight watcher friend. She decided not to incorporate a daily work out but increase her daily activity. She carries her groceries in one bag at a time. She carries wash downstairs one load at a time. She parks her car a little farther out in the parking lot and always takes the stairs. Believe it or not she had lost over 100 pounds in a year with no work outs. I think maybe I can do this!!! I will also try work out challenge. If nothing more than tightening abs while sitting and watching TV. Here the OLD member goes again trying to make everything easier!!!!

Maybe that is what they guy in the Wal*Mart Parking lot was doing yesterday :)
