Um.......... :O(
So I knew today was going to be a bad weigh in for Thunderbuns here...... and I was right. I have to report a very sad - sad - sad +3. I know exactly why that number is there and I PROMISE that this next week will be negative numbers for sure!!! Sometimes I feel frustrated at the amount of weight I have to loose and it makes it seem - impossible....... BUT ---- I have a new attitude and am going to look at everything 1 day at a time. SO - my goal this week is to just focus on a negative few pounds and be happy with that. I am not going to look so far down the road. One week at a time! :O) Thanks my club zero friends!!!!!!

Hey no stress!!! Even with your gain this week you are still in the negative!!!! Thats GREAT. I too will report a plus this week and it too will prove to me that this week has been busy and uncontrolled. Next may be the same but I am going to try harder to at least be aware. As long as we are being careful, we are succeeding!!!!!
