...and it begins.
Welcome to the Zero Club. This club will officialy begin on January 5, 2009 so all original members will become "0's" on that day. Weigh-ins will be every Monday, and we look forward to setting and completing short term goals as we work towards our individual long term goals. There will occasionally be games or contests and prizes, and there will quite often be posts where comments are encouraged (or required...ie..weigh-ins). Anyone can be a member so if you have friends or family that would like to be a part of the Zero Club please let them know. There will be no regulated way to lose weight, how you do it will be completely up to you, but we will encourage at least 3 days a week of some sort of physical activity, along with healthy eating habits. Let's all get going and accomplish our goals in 2009!!
