Here we go

So, I feel like the loser of the club. I only lost .5 lbs. I only exercised 4 days (not 6 like my goal), and I didn't reach my water goal every day. Oh well. This week is a new week. I am starting a new plan. I go to Weight Watchers and they have the new Momentum plan. I am going to follow it to the "T". I am going to exercise at least 5 times this week, more if I can. I am also still working on getting all my water in for the day. Hopefully I can actually make all my goals this week. Oh yeah, I am also doing the no sweets thing with a co-worker for 2 months. I hope I can push through :) Great job everyone else ;)

Only 5!?!?!?! That is more than enough for you. Remember we like you the way you are. We don't want you to disappear. Be careful. You have to stay healthy!!!

You should also remember that you are on the tail end of your weight loss goals. .5 is alot at the tail end. Don't go too crazy, just stay focused and you will do GREAT!!!

Don't get discouraged. Remeber when you were starting out and were dropping tons of weight. You just don't have the easy part to loose any more. Keep it up you are doing great. I want to hear about the new plan. Let us know how it works.
