First Report

OK this is my first report of what I ate for Monday, breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal and a piece of toast, lunch was some pasta noodles with a little sauce and a yogart, and dinner was a 1/2 of a french dip and some french fries (I justified the french fries because I cooked them in the oven and not in oil). I exercised for 30 minutes, that is my goal to exercise everyday. I weighted myself and YIKES.
