Cookie's Thursday Report
I woke up so sore, so I took a day off from working out...was that the right or wrong thing to do for sore muscles? For breakfast I had applesauce and cottage cheese. Lunch was ham and parsley rice with a glass of milk, Dinner was fried potatoes. I drank water all day long and found that helped a lot with the munchies, I will have to try to be better about that from now on. I am really hoping for negatives on Monday!
