There has been some talk of Monday not being the best day for weigh-in. If you would like to put in your two cents about what day you would like weigh-in to be here is your opportunity. Majority rules.
I too think that Mondays are not the best day for me to weigh in. But really nowhere does it say we have to weigh in on Mondays, it only says we have to REPORT our weight loss for the week on Mondays. So I think that if we are all truly serious about losing weight we should be able to choose the weigh in day that is best for us and report that weight loss to everybody on Monday morning. Personally I would like to weigh in on Sundays. In my mind weighing in then lets me feel a little less guilty about having a "free day" to eat how I choose on Sundays because I have six more days to be good and make up for it before weighing in again. (But I will go with the majority and do whatever we all decide together.) Alfalfa
Saturdays is when I weigh in at Weigh Watchers. Sundays is ok as well. Weighing in on Mondays has made me more aware of what I am eating on Sundays so I have liked it. Whatever works for me.
I am with Alfalfa, I think any day that works best for the individual would be great. I have been weighing in on Fridays because that is the day that I use to go to Weight Watchers. However Club Zero has had a Monday weigh in.
Rex Quan Do had a 21 pound loss. The Biggest Loser had a 20 pound loss. Thunderbuns had a 20 pound loss. Poppy had a an 11 pound loss. Alfalfa had a 10 pound loss. Zody had an 8 pound loss. Saints Fan had an 8 pound loss.

How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

I have to say - Mondays are a bad weigh in day for me as well. Sunday Dinner is never as "healthy" as it should be in my house. :O)
