Finally!!

Ok so here I am reporting for the week. I am happy to say I am -3. So thanks to all for hearing all about my goings on of the day but it seemed to help. My goals for this week are to try to sneak in another workout. And really be good to get my water in. I am not great at that and that is when I start to snack. So thanks again for letting me report every day and I am going to continue because it helped me out a ton!!

Good for you, this just cements why I am going to report what I eat too. -3?!! That is great! And I don't mind reading your food journal either.
