I have to say that I am very disappointed. I have only lost 2 pounds. I did not reach my goal of exercise 5 days a week. I only got in 3 workouts. I will do better this week! But here are the things I am happy about. #1 - 10 days no caffeine - headaches are gone!!! #2 - The pounds are in the negative - not the positive! Good Luck Everyone On Your Week 1 Weigh In!!!!

I am so proud of you with the caffene. That is awesome. Getting over those headaches can not be fun. Yeah for you!! I am glad your "divorce" is going so well.
Oh, I guess that means it is time for me to weigh in too....hang on.....HOLY COW!! How did that happen. I am pretty sure my scale must be off like Zode and Fogarty's, but I am going to take it..he he he (I may regret that next week) -6
OK --- YAY Cookie!!!!!!!!!!! SO GOOD!!!!! I would love to hear how everyone lost their beginning weight..... I would love some new ideas.
Weigh-in this morning. I could either be a +25 or still zero. I think I got the scale working, but unfortunately there seems to be no change since last week. I did an acurate scale weigh-in last night and will use that number to help judge this week as well. No sadness - I excercised 4 times, drank my water each day, and increased my veggies. Over all a success.
Congrats to everyone else. I will think "negetive" this week.

I can't believe you really haven't had any Mt. Dew!!!! You are awesome!!!!!! I have to honestly say I never thought you could do it but look at you. You are amazing!!!
