Here are a few sites that I like to go to.
www.allrecipes.com
(it has the nutrition info on it on all there recipes). You can find anything you ever wanted to cook on there. You can search by ingredient or by recipe. The recipes are rated and have lots of comments on them saying what people liked or what they would change.
caloriecount.about.com
you can choose by food item or by recipe and it will give you the calories per serving. You can also put in one of your own recipes and it will count the calories for you. No more guessing games :)
www.ronisweigh.com
This is a woman who has lost the weight and tells about her successes and what she has hard times with. It is also like a support site. She also has her own recipes on her link green lite bites. They are really good and she gives the nutritional info and points per serving.

I love love love allrecipes, although I have rarely...occasionally...sometimes...ahem...ok, often used it to find great recipes for not so healthy things. But I do love that it gives the nutritional info for the recipes. I just tried out the calorie count website and I think it is great!! I never know quite how to figure out if what I am cooking for dinner is really calorie laden or not (when it not already obvious!!) Thank you so much for the info!
