Confession

I have been having a hard time getting my exercising in the last couple days. Yesterday, we had friends over. They were here when I got home from work and left late so...no exercise.(which means I didn't reach my goal of exercise 6 days a week since I don't like working out on sunday) Then there is today. The day started with me going to the dentist and being there for 4 hours. Yes I said 4 HOURS. That is what happens when you have 2 root canals done :) Then I had a meeting with my husband and his new boss. I just don't feel good. I mostly blame it on the gas they gave me at the dentist (that always makes me feel like crap) or it could be the fact that I didn't eat anything all day until like 5:30 or so today because of the dentist. Feeling like this dosen't make me feel like working out at all. I did manage 30min (15 on my treadmill and 15 on my ball). I hope I feel better tomorrow so I can get back on track. Sorry guys. I do have to say that I like Club Zero because it makes me want to do things like work out when I don't feel good because I have someone to answer to ^_^

o my gosh I am so sorry!!! I hate that gas I never let them give that to me. And I think that you have a very good excuse to not exersise tonight. Please Please Please go to bed and no more dieting tonight.

The no food wasn't dieting, it was the fact that I just couldn't eat anything. My face hurt too bad.

For you to still have gotten in 30 min of excercize is above and beyond. I too had friends over last night and didn't get in a workout. If I am going to hit my goal I can't do that again!! Hope you face feels better today.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Things like dentist appointments happen. You did the best you could do and that is all anyone asks. I am sure you will get back on track when you feel better.
