I have a real tendancy to be the type of person that can only handle one day at a time, especially when life gets hard, so I think I will look at this new goal the same way. I managed great yesterday, so I can handle today too. If I look too far down the road it all just seems a little overwhelming, but I can eat right and excersize today, that is easy. Maybe I am crazy, but then again, maybe that way of thinking about it will help someone else too, so I decided to share. Also I got a really good suggestion about long term goals from Poppy. Because some of us are not so proud about what "0" is for us, when we hit our long term goal(which we will set in a week or two) we will then become a double zero, or 00. You will remain a member and continue with the weekly weigh-in to help with maintaining it, but your true 0 will reset at your goal, and we will all be able to celebrate with you!! What do you think?

the one day at a time thing is great as well. when I think of exersizing every day this week it gets a little overwhelming, but when I think just 30min tonight it isn't so scary.
