Cookie's Wednesday report

Breakfast...2 pieces of whole wheat toast (with butter and jam)
Lunch...one can of progresso 0 point soup (I don't think it is still zero points when you eat the whole can!!
Snack..Chips and salsa
Dinner...Thanksgiving Sandwich
Snacks #2 and #3...The pink and red dots out of the box and some kettle chips.
Not the best day, but I guess it could have been worse, also I did another one of my crazy workout tapes. I know it must be boring for all of you to read our food journals, but it is really helping me a lot, so thanks!!

A full can of Zero Point Soup is only about 2 or 3 points. You did GREAT!!!!!
