Never look too far ahead. ALl you need to lose is one pound at a time!!!! One day at a time!!!!! If you look too far down the road you can't see the end. You will make it. You didn't think that you could make it alone when Dave was gone. But together we made it just fine. We are all with you. Don't get discouraged!!!!!
Don't loose sight yet. You have to be beautifuly skinny for our trip to St George when you get home :) Like mom said take it one day at a time. Don't look at the scale and think I have to loose 20 lbs in a week just look at it one lb at a time and it will drop off. It doesn't help with kids because if you are like I am I like to eat at night when they aren't around to much at my food. :) But it will work. It has really helped me to report every day. It makes me think twice about what I eat.
Thanks my sweet, sweet club zero friends!!! I love you to pieces!!! Starting tomorrow I will document my food on our site. I need something to motivate me. :O)
Rex Quan Do had a 21 pound loss. The Biggest Loser had a 20 pound loss. Thunderbuns had a 20 pound loss. Poppy had a an 11 pound loss. Alfalfa had a 10 pound loss. Zody had an 8 pound loss. Saints Fan had an 8 pound loss.
Good Job Club Zero! May we be as successful in 2010!!
Our Purpose
To help motivate and encourage weight loss and healthy living in a positive way.
To provide an accountability to our members through weekly weigh-ins.
To provide support to all members through comments and other sources of positive reinforcement.
To provide education and resorces through posts and links.
To enjoy our weight loss experience, and have fun!!
How it works
The day you become a member of the zero club you will weigh in. That weight will be your zero. We will have weekly weigh-ins, at which point your number will change from zero to plus or minus numbers depending on your weight loss (or gain). Weigh-in results will be reported by you through comments on a weekly post, and will be on your honor. As a member you will have the ability to add posts to the blog so that you can share your goals, new healthy recipes, great workouts, motivations, or even frustrations.

Just take it one day at a time, for me I think that if I have to tell people what I am eating it helps a little bit more
