Breakfast: 1 pkg low sugar instant oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey and stuffing casserole
Snack: A couple of Costco samples...I did try to not eat them all, with success, they were sampling superbowl foods....tempting!!
Dinner: A small piece of Manderin Chicken, rice and some peas.
Snack: a half of a pear
I didn't technically workout today, but I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off all day long. I don't think I sat for more than 15 minutes all day long, and when I went to bed that night my legs were so tired, so I am counting it as a half-workout?....can I do that??

I think any Mom has the right to say that just making it through the day is a work out. At least I always thought that I had had a work out when I had kids at home!!!
