Today's report

I wish someone else would put something on here so I didn't feel like this is a whole support group to listen to me whine about what I eat. But since it seems to work for me here goes. A bowl of cereal for breakfast. Lunch consisted of a ham sandwich baked lays and carrots. Then before I had a long nap :) I ate about 10 Cinnamon hearts (I wish alfalfa would quit bringing them home he knows I can't resist them) Then I made this BBQ chicken pizza with no cheese. It was way yummy. I just used my food chopper and chopped up chicken, a red onion, 2 green peppers, and poured a bottle of BBQ sauce on it. Put in in a pizza crust and baked it for 18 min and walla a really quite low fat recipe for pizza and it was very yummy. Then I had a bowl of sherbet. If I could only find the time and energy to exercise. o-well one step at a time i guess. I hope everyone is having a great week.

I think it sounds great. You have worked very hard. Don't get down on yourself because of no time (or energy) to work out. Bouncing counts a lot!!! However I steped on the scale today and wished it was Monday!!! Sundays are always bad days for me. (I always let myself kind of have a day of rest from dieting.) Tomorrow will tell how well we have all worked. Remember slow and steady.

I agree about Sundays. Does Cookie not remember what goes on at your house on that day? Then to have us weigh in the next day. Not fair :( Oh well, I usually step on the scale on Sunday too. Keep working hard everybody and good luck tomorrow.
