New week, New goals.

So, how did all of you do with your goals last week. Let's hear your accomplishments(or confessions) as for me it is confession, but I did really well at other things that weren't techinically my goal. So since hitting the goal of excercizing 5 times a week is obviously so hard for me to accomplish I will set it again this week, because even though I only excercized twice last week, that was twice more than I would have without the goal. So I am going to keep my current goal until I am able to accomplish it. What about you guys, what are your goals for the week? (And btw, I think we will set long term goals soon, so be thinking about that if you don't have one in mind already.)

My new goals for this week - I did not loose as much weight as I would have liked to sooooooooo - I'm going to try something a little different. I am going to do the same thing by counting my calories but I am cutting out all unhealthy carbs. I am going to continue drinking my water and this week I am going to try to meet my goal of exercizing 5 days a week. Wish me luck!

Good luck Thunderbuns!!! My goals for this week is to be sure to get all my water in for the day and to at least find 2 nights I can work out. It is so hard to find the time right now but i am hoping to find 2 20 min stretches in the week to take care of myself :)
