Today's Tally

Well here I am again. I have had one @$#% of a day so forgive the few treats. This morning I had a bowl of cheerios. For lunch I had a ham sandwich on 1 point bread with a tomato a handful of whole grain fish crackers and a bowl of sugar free pudding. Then for dinner I had 2 pieces of BBQ chicken pizza (it was thin crust so it wasn't too bad) and a huge salad. Then after hours of bouncing I had 1 1/2 pieces of banana bread (thanks Dawni it was yummy) I haven't quite gotten in my water today but I am still working on it. No exercise today yet but I have done my fair share of bouncing today so we will see if I get any real exercise in or not today. I did do another quick work out last night it was only about 10 min but I figured that is better than nothing. And really what it did was tell me that I really did have my muscles cut apart YIKES it will take some work to get them back I am afraid. O-well it is worth it. Thanks again for letting me report my day it really has helped me avoid temptation today.

Sorry you had a hard day. Just make sure you use all those 37 points. Nursing Moms have a real advantage, but they also have to be sure that they use all their advantages so that they (and baby stay healthy). Walking (or bouncing) is probably all the work out your muscles can take right now. Leave the rest to summer planting and watering. It will all work out. Patience is the name of the weight loss game. Keep those spirits up!!!!
